Teaching Financial Clarity Since 2019

We started fluxlydriftflow because too many people felt lost when looking at financial statements. Numbers can tell stories, but only if you know how to read them.

Our approach is simple. We break down financial analysis into manageable pieces. No jargon overload. No assuming you already know everything. Just clear explanations that build on each other.

Based in Chiang Mai, we've worked with learners across Thailand who wanted practical skills they could apply immediately. Whether you're evaluating investment opportunities or just trying to understand your business better, financial literacy opens doors.

Our Journey

From a small workshop to comprehensive programs, we've focused on what actually helps people understand finance.

2019

The Beginning

Started with weekend workshops teaching ratio analysis basics. Eight participants showed up to our first session in a borrowed conference room. They wanted practical tools, not textbook theory.

2021

Expanding Methods

Developed our cash flow interpretation framework after noticing students struggled most with indirect method statements. This became the foundation for our current curriculum structure.

2023

Digital Shift

Moved to hybrid learning model. Recorded sessions let people learn at their own pace while live discussions tackled specific questions. Retention improved significantly with this flexibility.

2025

Current Focus

Now offering comprehensive programs covering statement analysis, valuation basics, and financial modeling fundamentals. Our autumn 2025 cohort enrollment opens in June.

What Guides Our Work

These principles shape how we design courses and interact with students.

Real Examples

We use actual company financials in our lessons. No made-up scenarios with perfect numbers. Students learn by working with the messy reality of real statements.

Practical Application

Every concept connects to something you'll actually do. Whether analyzing a potential investment or evaluating business performance, theory becomes actionable skill.

Question Everything

We encourage healthy skepticism. Numbers can mislead as easily as inform. Teaching critical thinking matters as much as teaching formulas.

Your Pace Matters

Some people grasp concepts quickly. Others need more time with examples. Our materials let you move forward when ready, not when a rigid schedule demands.

Iterative Learning

Financial analysis skills develop through repetition. We revisit concepts in different contexts so understanding deepens naturally over time.

Ongoing Support

Questions don't stop when the course ends. Our community forum stays active because learning continues long after formal lessons finish.

How We Teach

Our instructors come from backgrounds that mix academic finance with practical business experience. That combination matters because theory alone doesn't prepare you for real financial decisions.

We believe students learn best when they understand why something works, not just how to do it. So our programs spend time on the reasoning behind analytical methods.

Small cohorts keep things personal. You're not just a username in a massive online class. We know who's struggling with depreciation methods and who's ready for more complex valuation techniques.

  • Focus on building intuition alongside technical skills
  • Use case studies from diverse industries and company sizes
  • Provide feedback on practice analyses to improve reasoning
  • Connect concepts to broader business strategy context
